Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a similar field and be willing to travel at least 35 miles outside your zip code. MUST BE EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTED!! Willing to train bright people with equivalent experience. Must have excellent organization skills and be able to move fast! Must have excellent client-facing customer service skills, be charismatic, funny, have lots of energy and a basic knowledge of databases and Miscrosoft Word & Excel. Must also be comfortable in front of a camera!
Organizer will meet with our clients in their home or office for consultations and organization services and subsequently spearhead a complete overhaul of clutter; including small and large items. Organizers are trained on how to establish systems that work best for the client to seperate their items to trash, donate or keep and also how to accurately assess and estimate lead times and price quotes. Establish home systems that merge the client's daily habits with their physical space in a way that assists them in getting and staying organized. Includes some customer service via phone and email following your service to help assist your clients organization needs. Manage the tasks and quality of cleaning of 0 to 5 House Cleaners during service. Meticulously fold, hang and categorize items in an organized system by color, size or shape using both your discretion and direction from the client. Paying close attention to detail, you will augment or establish a fluid system of organizing for the home or business and create a place for everything in their space. Involves highly detailed organization; ie, bobby pins, rubber bands, pins, etc. Includes light cleaning, trash, small furniture & donatoin removal, face-to-face client consultations, some online database management. Schedules based on Organizer's availabillity.
