His or her focus will be on utilizing smart storage solutions, consolidating clutter and organizing in a way that fits your lifestyle. Professional Organization allows you assess the “actual quantity” of your items so you can more easily decide on what to keep! Your Organizer will never toss anything without your permission and we work fast & effective. We also organize by color, type, size and can even sift through all that accumulating paperwork, shortening your to-do list! We will tackle drawers, shelves, closets and cabinets, creating a space for every item in your home and the process is painless!

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

 

PRICE POINT GUIDELINE

As a luxury | Range: $399-$999

Usually requires $10-$45 in clear bins (optional)

(Examples: a bedroom/closet combo or a child's room with a problem)

Ideal if you need help with a specific room or two.

1 DAY N' DONE!

 

Moderate spaces | Range: $999-$2999

Usually requires $35-$85 in clear bins (optional)

(Examples: an office with tons of paper or bedroom/closet/kitchen combo)

Ideal if you need a full organization on a 1-2 bedroom.

1-2 DAYS N' DONE!

 

More intensive spaces | Range: $2999-$4999

Usually requires $75-$200 in clear bins (optional)

(Examples: hoarding, garages w/heavy lifting, situations of death, etc)

Ideal if you have serious overwhelming feelings about your space.

2-3 DAYS N' DONE!

INCLUDES TRASH AND FURNITURE REMOVAL ON SERVICES OVER $2500

For service orders under $2500, trash pod removal ranges $400-1500 depending on amount of trash being removed.

 

CLEAR PLASTIC BINS

If you choose to keep them, the cost of clear plastic bins are transferred to you and typically range from $25 to $200, depending on your needs. We can usually find bins cheaper than you can and always bring enough just in case!  Our small bins are $1 and can hold a gallon! Perfect for under the sink and inside storage cabinets.

 

PREMIUM SERVICES

Some spaces are more difficult than others. We charge a PREMIUM for services that require heavy lifting such as garages or in excessive hoarding situations. We'll help you every step of the way! It's simple, fast and affordable.

We specialize in hoarding situations, especially when the customer is reluctant to part with things. Our purpose is not to toss unless it is requested. We also specialize in garages, move in/out packing/unpacking and situations of death. You've come to the right place.

 

We require you send us pictures 48 hours prior to service. Prepayment for Professional Organization is required 24 hours before service start time. Any adjustments in rates will be either refunded, credited or invoiced.
