Clean N' Done! was founded in 2014 on the idea of helping those in need and this includes our clients as well as our staff. We offer a service that is flexible, affordable and thorough.

Other cleaning services surface clean unless otherwise instructed. Not with us. We'll go deep unless you tell us otherwise. "Clean" means "Clean" to us so we clean light and/or deep, based on your space and needs. Our staff are taught that if they "touch it, clean it: top sides and bottom then put it back." If it needs to be hand scrubbed or you need us to get to corners, we'll go for it. Our Cleaners will advise you about your space, speak up when they meet a challenge and finish early if they can!

We don't charge fees. Period.
All of our staff enjoy 100% flexibility with their schedules, even our Administrative staff. That's why sometimes you'll find you can engage with Customer Service via email and text well after hours. All of our Administrative team work remotely and make their own schedules. Our Cleaning and Organizing staff also choose when and where to work. We personally know who we're sending into your home and can match you with staff based on your needs and their specific talents.
Although our primary qualification is previous House Cleaning or Organizing experience, from time to time we train hard-working individuals that show a natural ability and good work ethic. We believe in helping people in need so we post our Job Listings with many community outreach & religious organizations and have relationships with other community organizations that reach Applicants who need help and have proven an excellent work ethic. We also offer college Internship credit for office positions.
Many house cleaning services hire in droves and don't reference or background check. We believe negligent hiring pratices create a burdon, not only on Customers but also on our Customer Service team. Although finding hard-working, reliable staff is a continual challenge in this industry, we're gradually accumulating a very solid crew of amazing Cleaners and Organizers by carefully selecting who we hire.
