WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Services are highly customized based on your space, budget and needs. All services include storage bins, light cleaning and organized sorting with add-ons like furniture, trash & donation hauling,  deep cleaning, moving, packing, premium storage containers, broad or detailed level sorting including paper, shelving installation, basic repairs, or preparation for pest control, plumbers, electricians, and contractors.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOARDED?

We can meticulously sort and organize your space into beautiful containers and finish you with a high-end look. As a luxury, we can bring functional and artistic planning into your living space.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Typically we finish in 1 to 2 days but it depends on what you have. We can either schedule a crew to complete service quickly or we may recommend working with one-on-one with you for several days. With bigger jobs, service duration is based on your emotional bandwidth, especially if we feel a full crew may overwhelm you. 

WHAT IF I NEED SERVICE ASAP?

Scheduling is fast and easy. We hold your hand through the process so send us your pictures right away. It usually takes us a day to chat with you, review your pictures and deliver a quote. Services may be expedited to start within 2-5 days.

WHAT IF I HAVE ODOR AND PESTS?

Don't be embarrassed! Our job is to be your solution. Odor and pests are often a problem because clutter or hoarding can infringe upon proper treatment and perpetuate the issue. Commonly, individuals are experiencing depression which can take many forms. Often Agoraphobia can cause some people to hoard trash while others are dealing with physical limitations from illness or injury, emotional heartbreak, alcoholism and addiction.  Yet for others, it is simply a temporary loss of motivation or a busy work schedule. Consequently, once a person becomes overwhelmed, the tendency to rebuy objects can transform a moderate issue into severe very quickly.  Our staff will never make you feel rushed or embarrassed, the process is painless and there is zero judgement.
